How Lion Properties operate

At the present time (July 2022) the group consists of 6 separate companies.

Each company owns 35 to 40 freehold properties which are valued annually by Strutt & Parker Ltd and are financed with property loans from Richard Youngs, Coutts Bank and Barclays Real Estate on the advice of our accountants Lovewell Blake Lowestoft.
